communication is encrypted. Light My Space Limited will process and store the data provided by you within
the European Union. Your data is retained in secure, password protected systems and in hard copy format
(e.g. invoices and correspondence) in a locked office.
Please let us know immediately of any unauthorised use of your information such as identity fraud or access
to bank/payment details.
Retention
The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing
business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you’ve requested or to comply with
applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for up to 3 years
afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it. Following that period, we’ll contact you
asking if you would like us to retain your data or ensure it’s deleted or anonymised.

communications, you can ask us not to send you these at any time – just follow the unsubscribe instructions
